Game Lounge Wins Employer of the Year at iGaming Idol

As the popular iGaming NEXT conference drew to a close on Wednesday night, the MCC in Valletta transformed into a venue befitting the celebration of the top talent in the industry. 

Many Game Lounge employees attended on the night including Ionut Constantinescu, the Head of Casino, Henriette Calleja Gafa, HR Manager and Gerrit Gruesgen, Head of Development – who was shortlisted for Development Idol of the Year. 

The win as Employer of the Year 2021 is especially rewarding as it is based on the results of a third-party survey distributed directly to Game Loungers. The survey asked questions on the company’s work environment including: our culture, training programmes, how we prioritise employee well-being, recognise hard work, and so on.

On this prestigious win, Kevin Ciantar, COO/Managing Director of Game Lounge said, “It clearly shows that we are on the right track. The work does not stop here however. We will keep striving to improve in every aspect to ensure Game Loungers are all proud and happy to be part of the Game Lounge family.”
