Welcome to the heart of Game Lounge! We’re a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to creating the best experience for all our Game Loungers.

Whether you are in the office, working from home or jet-setting on a business trip, we’re here to make sure you feel happy, inspired and engaged.

From handling admin tasks to overseeing our lovely office space and arranging corporate travel, we’ve got it all covered! We provide our Game Loungers with the tools they need to excel

when working from home and create a positive environment when they are in the office. Additionally, we ensure a well-stocked supply of snacks, a variety of beverages, and delicious coffees to keep everyone energised. And let’s not overlook the tasty lunches prepared by our House Mother for the team at the office a couple of times a week!

Office Administration

At the Malta office, our Admin team is instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the overall Game Lounger experience. From managing administrative tasks and maintaining the reception area, to organising staff benefits and monthly vouchers, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, we are committed to creating a positive and efficient work environment for all employees.

Office, Home Offices & Corporate Travel

Our dynamic work model allows Game Loungers to seamlessly transition between the office, remote work setups, and frequent corporate travel. To support this flexibility, we prioritise maintaining and enhancing our office space, providing necessary equipment for home offices, and coordinating and managing all travel logistics for all our employees across different countries

Office Housekeeping

At Game Lounge, maintaining a welcoming and comfortable office environment is a top priority. Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures that our workspace is clean and sanitised, our kitchenettes are well-stocked, and all Game Loungers can work in a safe and hygienic setting.

Together with our two office housekeepers, we also have a talented House Mother who manages the kitchen and prepares delicious lunches twice a week.
