IT Operations

We’re the Internal IT team at Game Lounge, a technical, business-oriented, and customer-focused duo passionate about empowering our colleagues.  We believe happy employees are the key to our company’s success, so we prioritize their needs and ensure they have uninterrupted access to the technology they need to thrive.  Our services include technical support (local and remote), streamlined onboarding/offboarding, secure system access management, a cutting-edge office network, and state-of-the-art meeting room facilities.

With diverse IT backgrounds and experience, we bring a unique blend of skills to Game Lounge, allowing us to effectively address and anticipate the company’s evolving tech requirements. We approach every issue with a friendly “hello” and a genuine desire to help.  We’re always available, with at least one of us present in the office even with our flexible-hybrid work model, ensuring prompt and efficient support.  Building strong relationships with our colleagues allows us to function efficiently and effectively.

DevOps

At Game Lounge, DevOps is key to deliver products and services with high velocity, at scale, and with best-in-class performance. Our DevOps engineers work across the entire software development lifecycle.

When working with such a large amount of websites, services, and other products, automation is key to success. Powered by Terraform and AWS, our entire infrastructure is built to be highly scalable, automated, and robust.
